Mrs Mee: RSPB Visit

Three fantastic ladies from the RSPB came into school today. They started by talking to the children about how they protect the birds and eggs. They then read them a special story about a hedgehog and how they explore using their senses. The children then went outside and explored their playground area using their senses, just like a hedgehog. They had a special collection bag and a colour chart where they found natural objects that matched the colours. What a lovely experience and new knowledge for the children to reflect upon :-)
