Foundation Literacy workshop

We had a great time for our Literacy afternoon where there was great engagement from the children and parents that came in to see us hard at work.

There were some fantastic learning opportunities going on in each room.

The activities ranged from Dough gym - to help build those muscles and movements for pre-writing skills, light board and pens to write different CVC words and showcasing the 'Hold a sentence' within the RWI programme, CVC games, magnetic letters and boards, Handas suprise story sack, under table writing, reading books, 'word time' (more showcasing of our RWI programme), sensory writing in sand, green/red word writing and sound cubes to build words. Plus much more.

Thank you to all the parents that joined us is celebrating the love for reading and writing. We had a great afternoon.
