Children walked well in their partners, while holding their clipboards ready for some observational drawing.
Once at the creek we stayed quiet and used our senses to discover our environment. We heard different types of birds, saw a squirrel jumping across the branches, found daffodills flowering , felt the knobbly twisting trees and found some gorgeous snowdrops.When the children found something interesting they sketched their chosen scene / object.
We had a lovely time !
