The day finally arrived, our first welly walk 😀.
Today we got our wellies and coats on and walked up to the environmental area. We explored both sides of the site and found an array on mini-beasts like grasshoppers, wood louses, slugs, butterflies, spiders and we even spotted some eggs 🥚and a slow worm.
We also used our smelling sense to explore the lavender and rosemary that has been growing in our garden.
Of course we finished off our hard work with a story, hot chocolate and marshmallows delicious 😋
