This week we looked at photographs from our previous welly walks and spoke about which one was our favourite and why. We enjoyed looking for mini-beasts and making our dream catchers but one of our favorite activities was making the brick, straw and wood houses from the story The Three Little Pigs 🐷. Once children had decided upon their favourite adventure they drew it using a variety of mediums e.g. paint, chalk, crayon and pens.
After, each child was given a pebble to draw a self portrait of themselves using felt tip pens which they could keep or hide for their friends and family to find.
Of course we finished off with a hot chocolate and marshmallows ☕️
