Todays welly walk was all about recycling and saving energy. We read a story about how it is important to turn the lights off when you leave your room, to only use the water you need and to recycle items that you no longer need.
We then walked to the environmental area and some cheeky litter bugs left lots of litter lying around. The children were then given the mission to collect the litter and sort it in to piles. They completed the mission and we’re rewarded with hot chocolate and marshmallows 😋
