This week in maths we have been focusing on weighing and measuring. We have used weighing scales to weigh things that are heavier and lighter. We have looked at capacity and talked about things that are full and empty and had to explore our thinking. Just because things are taller doesn’t mean they will hold the most amount of water. We have made playdough and had to measure using cups and spoons. We also used language for long, short, longer, shorter and showed this using playdough.
