Mrs Mee: Calstock Trip

What an great trip we had. Our day began by walking down to St Budeaux train station and boarding a train to Calstock. Once we arrive we had to walk down to the village and we saw some very unusual objects along the way, we saw a very tiny green door, odd shaped rocks and geese!  Once we took our bags off we have a run around on the pirate ship before eating our dinner on the benches...while eating our dinner the naughty geese kept coming over to eat our sandwiches but the grown ups keep shooing them away!! After dinner there was enough time for the children to explore the enormous field and have a run around before the walk back up the very steep hill. Our train journey back was a little squished but we made it back to school in time :-) What a lovely day we had choo choo.
