This week the children have been learning all about Chinese New Year. We have tried egg fried rice, noodles, spring rolls, prawn crackers and sweet and sour sauce. We used chopsticks to eat this food which we all found very tricky. We also had a fortune cookie each. The role-play become a Chinese restaurant, we tried to write our name in Chinese and heard the story of the Chinese animals. We even said good. Morning in Chinese and learnt to count to 10.
