FSM welly walk to the Environmental area

Today  we went to the environmental area in school for our welly walk. We got our gloves and trowels out to do some weeding where we found some of the spring onions form before had grown.
We went on a hunt for mini beasts and managed to spot spiders, woodlouse worms and snails. It was great fun and some of us played hide and seek too.

We then listened to a story called Superworm!

We looked at the sensory garden where we smelt the lovely plants like the lavender. One child said that the lavender would make a great breakfast for the bees!
